An excavation of long-buried archives resurrects the story of Steven Fromholz, an influential yet overlooked Texas singer-songwriter. Revered by legends like Willie Nelson, Lyle Lovett, and John Denver, Fromholz never found commercial success. After leaving music to become a Rio Grande river guide, a devastating stroke erased his musical memory. Featuring never-before-heard recordings, this intimate documentary reexamines his legacy and the true meaning of artistic success. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
