Refund Policy

The Short Version
All Sales Are Final
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, except when an event is officially cancelled by the organizer. Please be sure before you buy.
Before You Buy
- Double-check the event name, date, time, and location
- Make sure you can attend before purchasing
- Review your ticket quantity and any add-ons
- Confirm the total, including fees, shown before payment
What Is Not Refundable
- Change of mind or inability to attend
- Personal schedule conflicts
- Weather, artist or lineup changes, or venue changes
- Postponed or rescheduled events (these are not considered cancelled)
- Donations and optional add-ons
- Lost or stolen tickets, phones, or QR codes
The One Exception: Cancelled Events
The only time a refund is issued is when an event is officially cancelled by the organizer. In that case:
- You'll receive the full ticket price, including the service fee
- Refunds go back to your original payment method
- Refunds typically arrive within 5–7 business days
- You don't need to do anything unless we ask you to confirm details
Who Issues Your Refund
RelayTix provides the ticketing technology, but for most events the venue or event organizer is the seller of record. When a refund is owed, the seller of record for your order is responsible for issuing it. For some events, RelayTix acts as the seller of record and handles the refund directly. Either way, you don't need to figure out which applies, just contact us and we'll make sure it gets handled.
Chargebacks
If something went wrong with your order, please contact us first. We can usually resolve issues faster than a bank dispute, and filing a chargeback for a valid, delivered ticket may result in the ticket being voided.
How to Request Help
If your event was cancelled or you believe you're owed a refund, reach out and we'll take care of it:
